Natalie Scanlan, 16, of Argentina, gave birth to triplets Ellie, Lillie, and Maddie for the second time in April of this year. She became a mother in England, calling it the “greatest thing” she’d ever done.
It is exceedingly risky to become pregnant at the age of 16. This is deemed inappropriate in certain locations. However, children are a priceless gift from parents. That is why Natalie opted to give birth and raise the child.
She became pregnant while on vacation with her 19-year-old boyfriend in Tenerife. After believing she had food on the island, she returns home, sees her, and discovers she is pregnant. However, it wasn’t until two months later that the 16-year-old girl discovered she had a general ailment.
She stated: “It was a surprise when we had a kid, let alone the father. But as it sank, I determined to keep going.” Natalie has three daughters. They are all presently living in a two-bedroom home.
“I don’t have as much freedom as I used to have, and I can’t do what I want when I want,” the 17-year-old girl, whose family helps with money and takes care of her children, said. Now I have to do what the infants desire. I’d want to get a job, but it’s difficult to locate one in time. If kids go to bed at 7 p.m. and you get home at 6 p.m., you will only get an hour with them each day. “I believe there is nothing wrong with having a baby, but you must understand that it will disrupt your life as well as the lives of others around you.”
Natalie’s mother, Sarah, also 16, said Natalie’s life might be difficult since she isn’t in the mood to feed them or change her baby. “She’s only 17 years old, yet she has this huge responsibility,” Sarah explained. “She should be youthful, free, and unmarried, and she should enjoy her life.”
